The agreement behind the tools.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to form a binding agreement. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Provide accurate information, protect access credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Product-specific device limits and access rules may apply.

3. Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, trials, usage allowances, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for applicable taxes. You may cancel through the provided subscription-management method; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or a specific offer states differently, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3A. Blurt — BOOMERANG! free-month rewards

Know someone who could use Blurt? Share your personal invitation from the app. For every 10 new people who register through it and successfully translate with Blurt, you earn one free-month credit. Twenty qualifying people earn two credits, thirty earn three, and credits keep accumulating without a lifetime cap. No purchase is required for a new person to qualify.

We remember a qualifying invitation for up to 30 days before registration. Once the new account is verified and attributed, returning visits do not erase that attribution. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, reused devices, and artificial registrations do not qualify. Registration alone is not enough: a successful translation is required.

One credit covers an eligible monthly renewal on your existing Blurt plan. It does not change your plan or give free translator users Pro features. Credits stay saved while you use the free translator. A trial, unpaid invoice, cancellation, scheduled plan change, annual or metered plan, or another discount may delay redemption; your credit stays on your account. Eligible credits are applied automatically. There is no cash payout, transfer, or refund of charges already paid.

You choose when and where to share. We never publish or contact anyone automatically. When sharing publicly, include a clear disclosure such as: “I may earn a free month when 10 new people register and translate with my invitation.” Your progress shows counts, not other people’s names or conversations. 3B. Doodle — BOOMERANG! free-month rewards

When referral sharing is enabled in your Doodle app, you can choose to share a personal invitation. Every 10 distinct new people who register through your invitation and complete a saved Doodle report with settled processing usage earn you one free-month credit. Twenty earn two credits, thirty earn three, and credits keep accumulating without a lifetime cap. Registration or starting a report alone does not qualify. Normal Doodle access requirements still apply.

We remember an invitation for up to 30 days before registration. Verified attribution remains with the account on returning visits. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, reused devices and artificial registrations do not qualify. Reports with failed or unresolved processing do not qualify until processing is settled.

A credit covers one eligible full monthly renewal on the same existing Doodle subscription and current plan. It does not upgrade Monthly to Deep Dive or pay an upgrade charge. Credits stay saved when another discount, trial, unpaid invoice, cancellation or scheduled change prevents redemption. Eligible credits are applied automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not refund payments already collected.

3C. Magic Sunset — BOOMERANG! free-month rewards

When BOOMERANG! is enabled in Magic Sunset, you can share your personal invitation. Every 10 distinct new people who register through it and successfully check a local forecast earn you one free-month credit. Twenty earn two, thirty earn three, with no lifetime cap. Registration alone does not qualify. Normal access and trial limits still apply.

We remember an invitation for up to 30 days before registration. Verified attribution stays with the account on returning visits. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, reused devices and artificial registrations do not qualify. Failed or unavailable forecasts do not count.

A credit covers one eligible full monthly renewal on your existing Magic Sunset subscription and current plan. It does not upgrade your plan or pay an upgrade charge. Credits remain saved during a trial, unpaid invoice, cancellation, scheduled change or another discount. Eligible credits apply automatically. There is no cash value, transfer or refund of payments already collected.

You choose what to share; nothing is published and nobody is contacted automatically. Public shares should say: “I may earn a free month when 10 new people register and check a local forecast with my invitation.” Your progress shows counts, never names, relationships, plans or locations. 4. The Services and changes

We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes but may act immediately for security, legal, provider, or reliability reasons. Features may require compatible devices, permissions, internet access, or third-party services.

5. AI-assisted output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, emergency, or other licensed professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, and use of output.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Circle a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and that doing so complies with law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Circle property

The Services, software, branding, designs, documentation, and other Circle materials are owned by Circle or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

8. Third-party services

The Services may depend on or link to third parties such as payment, hosting, AI, mapping, browser, or device providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Circle is not responsible for a third party’s independent service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens users or the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CIRCLE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIRCLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY. CIRCLE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CIRCLE FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Circle from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Services. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from Circle’s own conduct.

13. Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it informally through our private contact form. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

14. General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the agreement concerning the Services. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Circle may assign them as part of a restructuring or transfer of the Services.
