When the story keeps getting twisted, jRNL gives a person a private place to write down what really happened in their own words. Quorum is a separate area for careful support when the person chooses to use it.

Use jRNL when denial, gaslighting, or a difficult relationship makes someone question their own memory or feelings. Journal entries do not move into Quorum on their own. The person prepares what they want to ask and chooses what to bring over. jRNL does not label the relationship or replace emergency help, legal advice, medical care, therapy, or a safety plan.
