Doodle returns cleanly

Doodle restores its window from the Dock and now retires the old local helper whenever an update relaunches the app.

• Click Doodle in the Dock after minimizing or hiding it and the same window returns to the front.
• The old local service closes with the old app, and Doodle only connects to the helper that matches the installed version.
• Save PDF and Save to Notes now move and change color while saving, then show a check when the save completes.
• PDF reports save directly in Documents/Doodle and keep their polished headings, sections, and clickable links.
