If the house was gone tomorrow, could the owner prove what was in it? Anchor turns item photos, receipts, serial numbers, values, rooms, and box contents into one organized record. Each numbered box keeps its own item-by-item inventory. When the box is finished, the owner can print a labeled box slip with its packing list, serial numbers, values, and proof.

Stripe signup comes first. The owner can record 10 items at no charge. A separate $29 Home Pass is required before item 11 or the finished owner-attested PDF. One owner device can invite up to three QR buddies to help inside that project. Buddies do not receive owner access.

Anchor creates supporting records. It does not guarantee insurance approval, replace an appraisal or legal advice, prove theft by itself, or act as the only backup for things the owner cannot afford to lose.

New owners go through Circle checkout before the app opens. Existing owners use the protected app and the same email used at signup.
