Circle was created by Dan Brooking, following years of observing his Real Estate Agent wife’s frustrations with miscommunications that seemed inherent in Real Estate transactions.

He tested multiple collaboration software programs, but they were time-consuming to master. The time spent learning how to use the products completely defeated the purpose of saving time. Plus, they tended to be expensive and often contained onerous terms.

Most were simply inapplicable to Real Estate Agents and their transactional needs.

Mr. Brooking took the lessons he’d learned and started developing Circle, an app anyone with a smartphone could afford and adapt quickly; an app that would help Agents and their clients.

In the process, he consulted dozens of Agents, Broker/Owners, Lenders, Transaction Coordinators, and Management. What he learned was they wanted exactly what he’d developed: an affordable, easy-to-adapt tool to increase productivity, efficiency, and accountability.

Rooted in Southern California, a hub for both technological advancements and real estate endeavors, Circle the People Inc. has harnessed its unique position to understand and serve the intricate needs of Agents, property Buyers, and Sellers alike.

His mission is to bridge the gap between real estate professionals and their clientele, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
